MasonrySaver® Decorative & Stamped Concrete Sealer is a non-yellowing acrylic polymer blend sealer formulated for use on properly cured stamped concrete surfaces. Can be applied over both water based and solvent based sealers that have been used previously without having any adhesion issues.

Product Uses:
- Stamped Concrete

- Garage Floors
- Basement Floors
Benefits:
- Can be applied over previously treated surfaces with solvent-base sealer
- Water-based formula for easy application and rapid dry time
- Provides an attractive, gloss finish to masonry and concrete surfaces
- Protects masonry and concrete surfaces from color fade
- Seals concrete surfaces making them washable and easy to maintain
- Non-yellowing, clear finish
- Durable concrete protection with “hot tire” resistance
LIMITATIONS: Not suitable for use over asphalt surfaces. This product is designed for use on horizontal or vertical surfaces. Do not use on below-grade surfaces that are subject to severe hydro-static pressures. When using in areas subjected to hot tire traffic, allow adequate time for product to cure before putting the area back into surface. When applying over previous coating, hot tire resistance maybe compromised. Do not use if the area will be exposed to softer, high performance tires. Will not “fix” old sealers or coatings that have blushed or turned milky white.
After this product has been applied to my stamped concrete patio and it has fully cured, will rain or water from my sprinkler make my patio slippery? If so, can an anti-slip additive, like a synthetic grit, be added and stirred in before being rolled on (I have done that with another water-based “Wet Look” product in the past)?
No, it should not make it slippery and you cannot add an anti-slip to this product.
Great for a wet look on stamped concrete!
How glossy is the finish? I don’t want real glossy, but not matte either.
Medium gloss.
Can you add color to the sealer, my pool area has been patched a couple of times and I would like to level out the color if possible.
No, that is not possible.
Does this has a shelf life? I was given a 5 gallon unopened container that was purchased back in 2009.
Can it be used? If so, will it be effective? If it worked well, I would be interested in buying some more.
10 years old, it is probably gone bad. Shelf life is close to 5 years if stored correctly.
